You must inform us before the 3rd January that you wish to return the item or exchange it for a different size. Once we have recieved the item and it meets our standards for resale (Unworn, original packaging etc...) we will issue your refund. For the nature of the product and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any fancy dress, wigs, body jewellery, eye accessories, underwear, makeup and swim wear etc.
Make sure to get a proof of postage as postage delays and such are expected around this time of year!
International returns are the same as above, as long as you have informed us of your intentions before the 3rd January we will issue refunds once items have been recieved and checked for standards.
This returns policy is in addition to all statutory rights held by you as a consumer. You have the right to cancel any order within 14 days of receipt of your parcel and you will be offered a full refund but you must comply with our returns policy. For all returns queries, please email within 14 days of receiving your order to inform us that you intend to return the item. Always include your name, order reference and any applicable information in any email to our returns department. Unless the goods are damaged, incorrect or faulty, you are responsible for the cost of returning said goods to us. Returns we are informed about during the initial 14 day period with your right to cancel you will receive the full cost back, after this time you are liable to lose the shipping costs. Please note that within this time products must still be returned to us in a saleable condition.

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will be happy to offer a full refund or item exchange for any items returned unworn and in their original packaging within 14 days of the shipping date but you must inform us of your intentions to return the goods. Returns can be accepted by post only and will not be accepted at any Doc Black retail outlet.
If an item is faulty, it may be returned to us in its original packaging within 14 days of the shipping date and a replacement item will be sent. If a replacement item cannot be sent, a refund will be issued. For items which go out of stock before return of faulty goods, buyers will be given a choice to wait the period until stock is available or to accept a refund.
We are aware that customers outside of the UK (EU and rest of world) will have difficulty meeting these timescales due to extended shipping times. If you have purchased an item from outside of the UK and intend to return an item, you must inform us by email as soon as possible. If goods arrive either damaged or faulty, we will meet the cost of return and exchange or replace such goods. For all other circumstances of return, we will exchange the goods or offer a refund of the money paid for the goods in question, but will not refund the cost to return goods to us. After 14 days from the shipping date, we offer an exchange-only policy up to 28 days from the date of purchase. This may be extended at Xmas or other holiday periods.
If you have not received your item(s) within 7 days (standard order) or 15 for international orders please don't hesitate to contact us so we can do what we can to track and trace your order and resolve your issue (please note, once the item has left our premices it is out of our hands and into that of the service provider)
Please note that once you have accepted goods sent to you, you are the legal and moral owner of said goods. All goods must be returned in a saleable condition and will be returned to you if they are not. With this in mind, please do not attempt to return any goods which have been worn, which have animal hair on them, which have no tags, which are stained or in any way damaged, which have any odours such as perfumes/cigarettes or have signs of being washed. All returned goods are scrutinised and will be sent straight back to you if they do not meet our returns standards.
Royal Mail may reject any item which is not securely wrapped so please seal goods adequately in their original packaging.
To ensure that your return is processed promptly by our returns department, please include as much detail as possible in your original email and specify any faults or errors with full descriptions where applicable.

Your Post Office should be able to provide you with a Certificate Of Posting when you return your item to us free of charge. Please ask for one and retain it as proof that you have sent the package, please note that we are not liable for anything that happens while it is not in our hands so make sure you have receipts and records of postage to ensure it arrives back with us.
